Florida Decides Healthcare’s (FDH) 2026 ballot initiative is asking Florida voters to approve the expansion of Medicaid, extending coverage to individuals and families with incomes up to 138 percent of the federal poverty level, according to FDH’s briefing. To succeed, FDH is collecting the minimum signatures required.
