St. Petersburg Mayor Ken Welch has launched a new Political Action Committee (PAC), following recent allegations that the former commitee treasurer, Yolnda Brown, fleeced over $200k in campaign finances from his previous PAC. Welch officially kicked off his campaign for reelection last week.
