Clearwater resident and journalist Jared Leone has filed to run for City Council Seat 4 in the upcoming election. Leone, a former chair of the city’s Environmental Advisory Board and neighborhood coalition leader, cited affordability, public safety and growth as key issues. The seat is currently held by David Allbritton, who is not seeking reelection.
