U.S. Rep. Kathy Castor has endorsed Kyandra Darling in the 2026 race for Florida House District 62, which covers parts of Pinellas and Hillsborough counties. Castor said Darling’s focus on affordability, health care and opportunity for working families aligns with her own priorities, while Darling said she is grateful for the support as she campaigns to succeed Rep. Michele Rayner. Darling is one of three Democrats currently listed for the Aug. 18, 2026 primary.
