Doug Homeyer announced he has officially pre-qualified to run for St. Petersburg City Council District 6, the seat currently held by Gina Driscoll. He joins fellow candidates Terri Balliet, Linsey Grove, Jameka Williams and Trevor Mallory in the race for the upcoming municipal election.
