The Suncoast Tampa Association of REALTORS has endorsed St. Petersburg City Councilmember Brandi Gabbard for mayor, backing the Realtor and business owner over incumbent Ken Welch. The organization cited Gabbard’s experience on City Council and her positions on housing affordability, redevelopment and economic growth, including her vision for the future of the Historic Gas Plant District.
