The Stonewall Democrats of Pinellas County have announced their endorsements for the Aug. 18 Democratic primary and Nov. 3 general election, backing Kenneth Welch for St. Petersburg mayor, Michele Rayner for Senate District 16, Bryan Beckman, Lindsay Polega-Quigley, May Thach and Kyandra Darling for state House seats, along with Gabriel Hament and Dr. Lindsey Grove for St. Petersburg City Council and David Glenn Jr for Pinellas County Commission. The endorsements cover key local races that will appear on the Aug. 18 primary ballot, with the mayoral and City Council contests advancing to the Nov. 3 general election.
