State Rep. Allison Tant has endorsed Charlie Crist’s campaign for mayor of St. Petersburg, calling him a leader who listens to residents and takes action on community needs. The endorsement follows Crist’s recent announcement of support from U.S. Rep. Lois Frankel, former U.S. Reps. Cheri Bustos of Illinois and Matt Cartwright of Pennsylvania, state Sen. Darryl Rouson and former state Rep. Ben Diamond. Crist continues to build a coalition of Democratic leaders as the mayoral race unfolds.
