Partner Zap: St. Pete City Council District 6 candidate Terri Balliet will host a campaign fundraiser Aug. 5 from 5:30-8 p.m. at the 46th Floor Observatory Lounge, 400 Central Ave. The event’s host committee includes former St. Petersburg Mayor Rick Kriseman, state Sen. Darryl Rouson, Elisa Caro, Jarrett Wolfe and Holly Matson, who’ve already endorsed Balliet as their preferred pick to lead District 6. The campaign fundraising push comes as the Aug. 18 primary election nears.
