Former St. Petersburg Mayor Rick Kriseman, former Council member Ed Montanari and the Sun Coast Police Benevolent Association have endorsed Gabriel Hament for City Council District 2. Hament, an assistant public defender, faces Courtney Bermudez in the Nov. 3 citywide election to replace term-limited Council member Brandi Gabbard.
