U.S. Rep. Kathy Castor will host her annual American Dream Awards Friday, Sept. 12, honoring distinguished immigrants for their contributions to Tampa Bay and the nation. This year’s honorees include entrepreneurs, educators and community leaders from India, Syria, Cuba, Venezuela and the Dominican Republic.
