Republican voter registration keeps climbing. As of Sept. 29, Republican voters in Pinellas County total 236,727 – an increase of over 1,000 since the last count in July. The total increase follows a broader trend across the state of Florida. Inversely, Democratic voter registrations plummeted from 191,128 to 190,736 over the same time, indicating an exodus of voters who are swapping political parties.
